Welcome to Lucy Ranger Meditation Groups — a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

In a world that often feels busy and overwhelming, these sessions offer you time to slow down and come back to yourself. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or returning to an established practice, you’ll find a supportive and welcoming environment here,

Each group is gently guided by Lucy, creating a relaxed and grounding experience that helps you release tension, quiet the mind, and build a deeper sense of awareness. Sessions may include guided meditations, breathing techniques, and moments of stillness, all designed to help you feel more balanced and centred.

There’s no pressure to “get it right”  just an opportunity to show up as you are.

Many people find that regular meditation supports better sleep, reduced stress, improved focus, and a greater sense of inner calm. More importantly, it offers a chance to build a kinder, more connected relationship with yourself.
