I had been trying to meditate for a while but never managed more than 5 minutes. Lucy has been very helpful in teaching me to meditate for half an hour or more. Her drop–in guided meditations are very useful for keeping me on track.

You helped me understand that minds wander and that is normal. And you help give tools as to how to bring it back. I concentrate entirely on my breathing . Before I used to hold my breath a great deal now I am conscious of my breath and so I breathe.
