Lucy helped me to learn how to practice meditating by keeping it simple and that I didn’t have to gear myself up to do a lengthy practice. I could simply do a 10 minute practice before getting out of bed in the morning. During our group sessions her gentle tone of voice helped to guide me plus assuring me it was ok if my mind wandered, which allowed me to grant myself permission to do it my way.
